DealerBrain is built by LogiNet Enterprise Software Technologies in Budapest. Not a startup with a waitlist, but an enterprise software house that builds systems for its clients and products of its own.
01 How it started
Dealer groups kept asking the same question.
“Why does our website chat not know what we have in stock?”
Multi-brand dealer groups told us the same story. Visitors ask detailed questions in the evening and at weekends. Generic chatbots invent cars, mix up brands and sites, and leads get lost between locations.
So we built an advisor that only answers from the dealer’s own data, knows which brands are sold where, and hands every serious buyer to a named salesperson. Then we tuned it on real conversations with one of the largest dealer networks in the region.
