Privacy notice
Last updated: 8 November 2026
This notice explains how we process personal data when you visit dealerbrain.io, request a demo or write to us, and how personal data is handled when dealers use the DealerBrain service. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungarian data protection law.
1. Who is responsible
The controller for this website is LogiNet Enterprise Software Technologies Kft., Budaörsi út 48–50, 1st floor, door 2, 1118 Budapest, Hungary, company registration number 01-09-430828 (“LogiNet”, “we”).
For any privacy question or request, write to hello@dealerbrain.io or to the postal address above.
2. Visiting this website
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you open a page, Vercel processes technical data that every web request contains: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referring page, browser and operating system. We need this to deliver the website securely and to detect abuse.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: server logs are kept only briefly, normally no longer than 30 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
4. Demo requests and enquiries
When you request a demo or write to us, we process the details you provide: name, work email, dealer group, role, country, number of sites, brands and your message. We use them to answer you, arrange the demo and prepare a relevant presentation.
- Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Retention: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Data stored in your browser
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. It stores two small items in your browser’s local storage: your light or dark theme choice, and, if you try the chat demo and enter a name and email, those details so the demo can greet you on your next visit. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it with “Forget me” in the demo or by clearing your browser’s site data.
6. Personal data in the DealerBrain service
When a dealer uses DealerBrain on its own websites, the dealer is the controller of the personal data of its visitors and customers, and LogiNet processes that data on the dealer’s behalf as processor under our data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The dealer’s own privacy notice explains that processing.
The DealerBrain service runs on servers of Verda in Finland, in the European Union. The script that loads the chat widget on dealer websites is delivered by the bunny.net content delivery network, which receives only the technical data needed to deliver that file. No conversation or contact data passes through it.
Consent records, AI call logs, retention rules and the separation of internal notes are built into the platform to help our clients meet their obligations.
Read the data processing agreement7. Service providers
